    Hotel was incredibly beautiful, I truly enjoyed the stay.

    No complains at all, the hotel met requirements. Everything was nice, best possible location just off the train station, and shopping mall, REALLY HELPFUL staff. My room was fashionable and new-fashioned and complete with bath as well as large windows.

    Beautifully designed and large rooms with a multi-channel television, ironing facilities, and a radio, etc. Welcoming staff members, marvellous location so close to the train station, and shopping mall.

    The kids loved the hot baths while we appreciated the fine sea view from our Beautiful Twin Room. Plus, being so close to the Nagasaki JR station made our visits to Amu Plaza effortless.

    In my wife's opinion, a kids' play area would be great.

    we had a wonderful stay at the hilton. the hotel boasts spacious rooms with a modern touch, making our experience very comfortable. the bed was inviting, and the bathrooms featured stylish walk-in showers. we enjoyed the restaurant's menu, which changed regularly, complemented by attentive service. the location was perfect—just a minute from the train station—which made it easy for us to explore the area. the lobby’s coffee shop and bar were ideal spots to unwind after our busy days touring the scenic island.

    Great location just across from the JR station made getting around easy. Staff greeted me warmly at check-in and provided excellent service throughout my stay. My room was large and modern, with a comfy bed and a great bathroom. The on-site restaurant had good food, although it was a bit expensive. I appreciated the regularly changing menu. The lobby had a cozy coffee shop and a pleasant bar, ideal. I did have to pay a premium for laundry service since there wasn't a self-service option on-site. A very comfortable and quiet stay, just a quick tram ride away from local attractions. I'd definitely return for the location and excellent staff.

    The spacious room offered amazing views of the harbour, and the breakfast buffet had an array of delicious options, especially the made-to-order omelettes. The hotel is conveniently located next to the train station. Everything was perfect, though a small laundry facility would have been a nice addition.
